To book any trip, a copy of your passport and 20% deposit of the total cost of the trip should be provided. The deposit amount is non-refundable.
The remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before the start of your trip.
Payment can be made either directly via wire transfer or Western Union or remit.
We accept last minute bookings too. You can make the booking 4-5 days prior to your departure.
The following things should is needed if you want to postpone your booking
If you wish to cancel your trip for any reason, you need to provide us written notice 15 days prior to your departure date. 10% trip cancellation charge will be charged in case of trip cancellation.
We are not liable for any refund in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition because of any reason from customer's side.
If the trip gets cancelled because of any unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters or any emergencies, we will arrange another trip that is suitable for you.
Travel insurance is mandatory to all our clients to join us on any of our adventures. The insurance must cover all the medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft or any personal effects.
Flight delay or cancellation are common in remote part of Nepal like Everest region, Dolpo region or Simikot region. It is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accomodations in case of delay. We are not responsible for any kind of additional expenses.
If you commit any unlawful act during your tour and you are compeled to leave Nepal, We are not liable for the refund.
If you book your trip through other travel agencies or any third party, you shall be liable to their terms and conditions.
