Annapurna South (7219 meters) is situated in the lap of Annapurna Himalayan Range which is considered as one of the most dangerous mountains to climb. It was first climbed by Japanese expedition, via North face in 1964 and attempted by Italian team in 1988. Its technically challenging expedition which involves ice steep climbing with 60% successful summit ratio. The trail from the North Ridge is slippery slopes below the summit passes through the steeps , thats why good level of physical fitness and some technical peak climbing is highly recomended for those who strive to conquer the Annapurna South summit.
